Windows app
StageXI Screen Player for Windows: full screen, starts with Windows, remote support from the panel.
The Windows app is the best choice for a mini PC or a computer connected to the screen.
Requirements
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
- A wired network connection where possible.
Install
- Download the installer from the Download page.
- Run it and follow the steps. The app opens full screen and shows a pairing code.
- Pair the screen in the panel.
The app starts by itself when Windows starts. You can turn this off from the screen's page in the panel.
Controls from the panel
On the screen's page you can restart the app, restart the computer and see device information. On plans that include it you can also open a remote desktop: live video of the PC with mouse and keyboard, for support without a visit. See Monitoring and remote control.
Maintenance mode
Press Ctrl+Shift+D on the PC to show the mouse and the taskbar, for example to use another support tool. Maintenance mode turns off by itself after 60 minutes.
Ticket kiosk
In the app's settings choose the mode Ticket kiosk to turn a PC with a touch screen into a ticket machine for the queue app. Tickets print silently on the printer you choose.
The Windows app also plays IP cameras and web pages that refuse to be shown inside other pages.
