The mobile app
Your screens, playlists and media from your phone, with alerts when a screen goes offline.
The StageXI Screen app for iPhone and Android uses the same account as the panel. Find the store links on the Download page.
The bar at the bottom moves between Dashboard, Screens, Playlists, Media and More.
Dashboard
How many screens are online, how many files and playlists you have, the screens that need attention, what is on air today from your schedules and the files that stop this week.
Screens
Every screen with its live picture, its place and what it plays. Pair screen adds a new one: scan the QR code shown on it or type its code.
Open a screen to:
- see its live picture and ask for a screenshot;
- turn it off or on, reload it or show its name on it;
- change its name, place, group, default playlist, orientation and volume;
- set its working hours and offline alerts;
- open the remote of an Android TV box or the remote desktop of a Windows player, and straighten a projected picture with Projector correction, where your plan and role allow it.
Playlists
Make a playlist, add files, widgets and apps to it, reorder the items and set how long each one plays.
Media
- Upload adds photos, videos and documents from the phone, into the folder you are in. After an upload the app offers Add to playlist: tick one or more playlists and choose how long pictures stay on screen.
- Open a file and choose Add to playlist to use it later. Press and hold to select several files and add them at once, move them or delete them.
Share from the gallery
In your gallery or file manager choose Share and pick StageXI Screen. The photos, videos or PDF files are uploaded to a folder named Mobile (made the first time you need it), then the app asks which playlists to add them to. Photos taken in HEIC format on an iPhone are converted to JPEG, so every screen can show them.
If the app doesn't open by itself after sharing from an iPhone, open StageXI Screen: the files are waiting and are uploaded then.
More
Schedules, apps, proof of play, team, screen groups, video walls and backups — the ones your plan and role include — plus your account, the plan and the look of the app.
Notifications
The app sends a notification when a screen goes offline and when it comes back. Notifications follow your role: you only get them for the screens you can see.
Sign in with the same email and password as in the panel. Signing out on the phone stops its notifications.
