What is saved

Every night, shortly after midnight in your account's time zone, StageXI saves the account's screens settings, playlists, layouts, schedules, groups, video walls, the apps' data and the media files.

Backups are kept for 7 days on Business and 30 days on Enterprise. Find them in the profile menu, under Account settings → Data & backups.

Restore

Choose Restore next to a backup. Before restoring, StageXI saves the current state, so you can go back if needed.

Files added after the backup go to the recycle bin.
Screens that were deleted are not recreated; you pair them again.

Only administrators can restore a backup.
