Who we are
StageXI Screen (—, —) is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: —.
This policy explains what data we process when you visit this website, use StageXI Screen or contact us, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data we process
- Account data: name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), language, role and the actions you take in the panel (audit log).
- Billing data: company or person name, address, country, VAT number and the orders and invoices.
- Screen data: the name and location you give each screen, its IP address, browser or app version, screen resolution, connection times and screenshots taken for the live view.
- Mobile app data: the device name and a notification token, used only to send you alerts.
- Contact form: your name, email, company, phone and message.
- Technical logs: IP address, time and type of requests, kept for security and troubleshooting.
Content you upload
Files, playlists and other content in your account belong to you. If they contain personal data (for example photos of people), we process it only on your behalf and on your instructions, to store and display it — you are the controller and we are the processor.
Why we use the data
- To provide the service and the support you ask for (performance of the contract).
- To issue invoices and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems (legitimate interest).
- To answer your messages (your request and, for the contact form, your consent).
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising and we do not use it to build profiles.
Who receives the data
Only providers who help us run the service, under contracts that protect your data: the hosting provider of our servers, the email provider used to send messages and, for mobile notifications, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Some widgets load information directly on your screens from third parties you choose to use: weather data from Open‑Meteo, videos from YouTube, presentations from Google Slides, web pages and news feeds you add. These services receive the IP address of the screen.
We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EU
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected by the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
- Account data and content: while the account exists, and up to 30 days after it is closed.
- Invoices and billing data: as long as accounting law requires (usually 10 years).
- Screenshots: only the latest picture of each screen is kept.
- Contact messages: up to 2 years, unless they become part of a customer relationship.
- Technical logs: up to 12 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to — and we will answer within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Security
Connections are encrypted, passwords are stored as secure hashes, accounts are separated from each other and links to files are signed and expire. Access to our systems is limited to the people who need it.
