Invite people

Open the profile menu, choose Account settings → Team & roles and invite people by email. Each gets a role.

Built-in roles

• Administrator: everything, including the plan and the team.
• Editor: content, playlists and schedules.
• Viewer: sees everything, changes nothing.

Create roles with exactly the permissions you want, area by area: screens, media, playlists, schedules, apps, reports, team.

Access by screen

Limit a person to some screens, groups or playlists, ideal for franchises and store managers. They see and change only those. What they create stays theirs.
