Pair a screen
Connect a player to your account with its six-character code.
When a player is opened for the first time it shows a pairing code of six characters, a QR code and a Screen ID.
From the panel
- Open Screens and choose Pair screen.
- Type the code shown on the screen.
- Give the screen a name (for example "Counter menu") and a location.
- Choose the default playlist, a group if you use groups, and the orientation.
- Choose Pair screen.
The screen downloads its content and starts playing within seconds.
From the phone
Scan the QR code on the screen with your phone's camera. With the mobile app installed, the app opens and pairs the screen in one tap.
Good to know
- Your plan sets how many screens you can pair. See Plans and payments to add screens.
- A player that is never paired forgets its code after 10 minutes without contact and shows a new one.
- To move a screen to another account, delete it from the first account and pair it again.
