Business and up
Open Apps → Reviews, search for your business and select it. Filter the reviews by stars, age or words, and hide any you don't want. The screen shows your rating, the chosen reviews and a QR code that opens the page to leave a review.
Google gives at most five reviews per place, the ones it considers most relevant.
