Android TV app

Requirements

• Android 9 or newer, Android TV or Google TV.
• A remote control or a mouse for the first setup.

Install

1. Install the app from the store on the box (link on the Download page).
2. Open it. It shows a pairing code.
3. Pair the screen in the panel.

Remote control from the panel

The screen's page in the panel has a remote: the box's buttons (arrows, OK, back, home, volume) with its live picture beside them. To use it on the box's own screens, turn on the accessibility service StageXI remote control in the box's settings when the app asks.

With the same service the app keeps itself in front: if someone opens another app, the player comes back.

Other controls

Depending on the box, the panel can restart the app, open the box's settings, change the volume, restart the box, change the Wi-Fi and turn the TV on or off over HDMI-CEC.

Quit

When you quit the app on the box, the screen shows as offline in the panel. Any command from the panel opens the player again.
