Agenda and room signs
Today's events and rooms, and a sign at every door.
Business and up
Open Apps → Agenda. Add rooms and events by hand, or subscribe to calendars (Google, Outlook or Apple, with their .ics address): they are read every 15 minutes.
On screen, the Agenda widget shows:
- the day list of events with times and rooms, for the lobby;
- a room sign for one room: in use, the next meeting, or available.
Private events show as "Private event".
