On a playlist item
Each item in a playlist can have a show from and a show until date and time. Outside that window it is skipped.
On a file
A file in the media library can expire. When it expires it leaves every playlist and moves to the recycle bin, if the account is set that way.
Typical uses
- A promotion from Friday morning to Sunday night.
- An event poster that disappears after the event.
- A seasonal product only in autumn.
The dates are in your account's time zone.
