How does the free trial work?
You get every feature for 14 days. No card is needed. At the end, choose a plan in Account & plan — your screens, files and playlists stay as they are.
How do I pay?
Choose a plan and the number of screens in Account & plan. You receive the payment details; the subscription starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. You get an invoice for every payment.
Is there a contract or automatic renewal?
No. You pay for 1, 6 or 12 months at a time and renew when you want. Nothing is charged automatically.
Can I add screens later?
Yes, at any time. You pay only for the days left until your renewal date, then all screens renew together.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately and you pay only the difference for the days left.
Do I need to buy special hardware?
No. Any smart TV with a browser, any computer or media player works. If you prefer something ready to plug in, you can order a player with your subscription.
